POA BOARD
Below is the POA Board Members and Roles.
John Moore
President
Lead and Organize Board Meetings, Grant Proposal and projects following, Communicates annually via Newsletter to the Property Owners to send to 1st American to send out, Attend Neighborhood Workshop Meetings through City Hall and is point of contact with First American.
Sam Toren
Vice President 1
Run Board Meetings in place of President, heads National Night Out, assists with creating and publishing member directory, keeps directory and mailing labels updated in shared drive, attend Neighborhood Workshop Meetings through City Hall and collects and logs mail in absence of Treasurer.
Mike Malave
Vice President 2
Run Board Meetings in absence of P or VPI, Direct Contact for Landscape concerns, Landscape Committee and annual landscape contracts,
Open Position
Treasurer
Collects mail and documents in shared mail log, Monthly/Annual bills, keeps a record of receipts, keeps QuickBooks up to date, reports needed documents to tax accountant, provides annual statements to President, keeps an updated account of past dues, reports when a lien is needed to be filed or released, prepares (with Board assistance) and presents annual budget. (First American will be doing all of the above, Treasurer will stay up to date as changes happen)

Documents Board and General Meeting notes, communicates approved notes to Property Owners via website and Facebook, communicates and mails invitations to social events that are organized by the Board ie; National Night Out, expert on navigating POA website.
